Type 1 soft wheat flour by Mulino Caputo, produced in Italy. It preserves the authenticity and tradition of old-style flavour thanks to coarsely milled wheat and its germ, and is well suited to long-leavening doughs and as a blending flour for bread, pizza and cakes.
