Oven-ready aubergine balls, frozen and pre-fried in sunflower oil. Made with grilled aubergine (42.5%) and enriched with smoked provola and Grana Padano DOP, they are designed as finger food or a tasty appetiser for the Ho.Re.Ca. trade.

  • Format: 1 kg bag, around 40 pieces of 25 g each
  • Sold as: sold by the case of 5
  • Main ingredients: grilled aubergine 42.5%, coating (WHEAT flour, salt, brewer's yeast, paprika, turmeric), smoked provola 7.70%, Grana Padano DOP, black olives 2.5%, béchamel
  • Cooking: in a traditional oven at 200-210°C for 7-8 minutes, placed on a tray while still frozen
  • Storage: 18 months at -18°C; once thawed, do not refreeze
  • Allergens: gluten (WHEAT), EGG, MILK. May contain traces of CELERY, FISH, SOYA and CRUSTACEANS
