Frozen balls made with grilled aubergine (52%), enriched with a heart of Italian cheeses and breaded for a crisp deep-fried finish. Designed for Ho.Re.Ca. service as finger food, a hot starter or an aperitivo bite.
- Format: 2 bags of 2500 g per case, single piece approximately 25 g

- Main ingredients: grilled aubergine 52%, wheat flour breading and batter, Grana Padano, mozzarella, smoked provola, provolone, black olives, béchamel, basil
- Cooking: deep-fry from frozen for 4 minutes in hot oil at 180°C, then rest for about 1 minute
- Storage: 18 months at -18°C; once defrosted do not refreeze, keep at +4°C and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk; may contain traces of soy and olive stone fragments
