Irregularly cut yellow-flesh potato chunks, blanched and individually quick frozen (IQF) under the Pizzoli brand. Made from tubers of 37,5-40 mm calibre, they show a characteristic golden colour and a soft, floury internal texture, ideal as a side dish or base for professional frying in the catering trade.
