Pitted green olives stuffed with baked meat and Mortadella, breaded and frozen in the tradition of the Italian Marche region. To be cooked before serving, they are a classic of the Italian aperitivo and mixed fry, ready to fry and serve hot.
- Format: 250g envelope, 14 ± 1 pieces (single piece weight 18 ± 2g)

- Main ingredients: pitted green olives 40%, baked meat 8% (beef, pork), Mortadella 3%, WHEAT flour, breadcrumbs, cheese (MILK), Grana Padano (MILK), iodized salt
- Cooking: in the fryer at 180°C for 3-4 minutes; in the air fryer from frozen at 200°C for 5 minutes; in the pan with plenty of oil for 3-4 minutes
- Storage: frozen at -18°C; once defrosted do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: WHEAT, MILK, EGGS (lysozyme); may contain soy, mustard and nuts (pistachio)
