Leavened-dough panzerottini filled with tomato and mozzarella, pre-fried and frozen, made in Puglia by SOAVEGEL. A mini, single-bite format designed for finger food, aperitifs and quick hospitality service.
- Format: 250g pack, about 10 pieces of 25g each
- Sold as: by the case of 6 packs
- Main ingredients: leavened dough 70% (soft wheat flour, water, potato flake, sunflower seed oil, iodised salt, brewer's yeast); filling with tomato semi-concentrate and mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, oregano and black pepper
- Cooking: in a non-stick pan for 10-12 minutes; in the fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes; in a preheated oven at 200°C for 6-7 minutes; in an air fryer at 200°C for 7 minutes; in the microwave at 900W for 2 minutes
- Storage: frozen at -18°C, keeps up to 24 months; once thawed do not refreeze
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), milk; may contain traces of soya and mustard

Ideal as finger food for aperitifs and buffets, serve them hot straight after cooking, on their own or with dips. They work well in bars and pizzerias as a savoury nibble, or in catering and banqueting as a warm bite to pass among guests.
