Deep-frozen breaded bits of mozzarella, with 45% mozzarella and a soft, stringy centre wrapped in a crisp, golden breadcrumb coating. To be eaten after cooking, they are ideal as finger food, a hot starter or an aperitivo snack in hospitality settings.
- Format: 250g retail box (about 15 pieces), single piece weight 18g
- Sold as: sold by the case of 10 packs
- Main ingredients: mozzarella cheese 45% (milk, salt, rennet, acidity regulator: citric acid), wheat flour, water, rice flour, iodised salt, yeast, paprika, turmeric
- Cooking: deep-fry at 180°C for 2-3 minutes, or pan-fry in plenty of oil for 3-4 minutes; rest on absorbent paper for 1-2 minutes before serving
- Storage: keep frozen at -18°C; once defrosted do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours
