Pankroc with mushrooms: breaded, frozen crêpes with a creamy filling of cultivated and porcini mushrooms and mozzarella. A savoury snack to be cooked by frying or baking, ideal as finger food, a starter or an aperitivo bite in Ho.Re.Ca. service.

- Main ingredients: mushroom filling 40% (rehydrated whey, mushrooms 37%, wheat flour, mozzarella cheese 6.5%, porcini mushrooms 1.7%, extra virgin olive oil 1.6%), wheat flour, eggs, sunflower seed oil
- Cooking: deep-fry from frozen at 180°C for about 3 minutes; bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes; air fry at 200°C for 5 minutes
- Storage: frozen product at -18°C, 24 months shelf life
