Frozen crêpes with a crunchy breadcrumb coating and a creamy filling of smoked cooked ham and cheese. A ready-to-cook snack designed for finger food service, aperitifs and over-the-counter offerings in Ho.Re.Ca. venues.
- Format: 500 g bag, 10 pieces (single piece 50 g, semi-elliptical shape)
- Sold as: sold by the case of 10 bags
- Main ingredients: 40% filling (rehydrated whey, smoked cooked ham without polyphosphates, cheese, mozzarella), soft wheat flour, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, iodised salt
- Cooking: deep-fry from frozen at 180°C for about 3 minutes; in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes; in an air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes
- Storage: keep at -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze and consume within 24h in the fridge
- Allergens: milk, gluten (wheat), eggs. May contain soy and mustard
