Frozen breaded crêpes with a tomato and mozzarella filling (40%), made by SOAVEGEL in Puglia. A ready-to-cook snack to fry or bake, ideal as finger food and for aperitivo service across restaurants and Ho.Re.Ca. venues.

- Main ingredients: tomato and mozzarella filling 40% (rehydrated whey, tomato paste 27%, mozzarella cheese 17%, wheat starch and wheat flour, margarine, extra virgin olive oil 1.6%, oregano), soft wheat flour, eggs, sunflower oil, yeast, paprika and turmeric
- Cooking: in the fryer at 180°C for about 3 minutes from frozen; in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes; in the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes
- Storage: keep frozen at -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze, keep refrigerated for 24h. To be eaten after cooking
