Fish balls made from saithe cod fillet caught in the North-East Atlantic (MSC), partially minced and flavoured with parsley, lightly breaded and frozen. Ready to cook, they suit fast-paced kitchens in restaurants, canteens, pubs and catering operations.

- Cooking: oven at 200°C (180°C fan) for 12-14 minutes; alternatively pan-fry for 10-12 minutes or air-fry at 200°C for 12 minutes, always from frozen
