Fishburger made with two portions of cod* fillets in a crisp golden breadcrumb coating, pre-fried and frozen. Ideal for fast Ho.Re.Ca. service, fryers and takeaways, ready to cook straight from frozen without defrosting.

- Main ingredients: cod fillets (53%), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt, dextrose, paprika, turmeric, sugar), water, wheat flour (6%), sunflower oil, potato starch, salt
- Cooking: pan-fry over medium heat for 10-12 minutes; oven at 220°C (fan 200°C) for 20-22 minutes; air fryer at 180°C for 12 minutes, from frozen
- Storage: at -18°C; shelf life 18 months from production in the sealed pack
