The cream pasticciotto is a classic dessert from the Salento tradition, made of shortcrust pastry filled with custard cream, here produced with gluten-free and lactose-free ingredients. It works as an end-of-meal dessert or as a breakfast pastry for hotels and coffee shops.

- Main ingredients: shortcrust pastry (white sugar, lard, maize starch, rice flour, deglutenised wheat starch, tapioca starch, teff flour, quinoa flour, fresh eggs, orange zest, vanilla), cream filling (lactose-free milk, sugar, maize and rice starch, pasteurised egg yolk, vanilla)
- Cooking: once the pack is opened, the product must be cooked before consumption; the pouches are also suitable for microwave cooking
- Storage: at -18°C; 180 days from the production date in the original packaging, keeping the cold chain
