Pasticciotto, a traditional pastry from the Salento region, made of a shortcrust shell filled with confectioner's cream and a hazelnut and cocoa cream. Produced with gluten-free and lactose-free ingredients, it is designed for dessert service in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.

- Main ingredients: shortcrust pastry (maize starch, rice flour, teff flour, quinoa flour, fresh eggs, orange peel, vanilla), cream filling (lactose-free milk, pasteurised egg yolk, vanilla) and hazelnut and cocoa cream (hazelnuts 15%, low-fat cocoa 8%, cocoa butter)
- Cooking: packed in PP bags suitable for microwave cooking; once opened the product must be cooked before consumption
