White sliced sandwich bread in the American Sandwich style, made by Morato with type "0" soft WHEAT flour, sunflower oil and sourdough. The soft crumb and regular square slice make it ideal for toasties, club sandwiches and filled sandwiches in Ho.Re.Ca. service.
- Format: 550g bag, 14 slices of approximately 39.3g (120 x 120 x 12.5 mm).
- Sold as: sold by the piece.
- Main ingredients: type "0" soft WHEAT flour, water, sugar, sunflower oil 1.5%, salt, sourdough 1%, SOY flour.
- Storage: keep in a cool, dry place away from heat sources; shelf life 60 days. Once opened, store at room temperature and consume within a few days.
- Allergens: gluten (WHEAT), soy. May contain traces of MILK and EGG.
