Dried dill whole leaves (Anethum Graveolens), an aromatic herb of the Umbelliferae family of Hungarian origin. It has green leaves with a characteristic anethole aroma and a sweetish, aromatic flavour, used for the preparation of foods and beverages in professional kitchens.

Pairs well with fish and shellfish, yoghurt or sour-cream based sauces, and marinades and pickled preserves. Suggested to season pasta dishes, soups and potatoes, or to finish salmon plates. A light sprinkle at the end of cooking preserves the herb's typical anethole aroma.
