Frozen fresh egg-free tagliatelle made by Canuti Tradizione Italiana with spelt flour (37.2%) and freeze-dried rosemary. Bronze-drawn and wound into nests, it suits rustic-style first courses in Italian dining.

- Main ingredients: SPELT flour 37.2%, durum WHEAT semolina, water, freeze-dried rosemary 0.5%
- Cooking: bring salted water to the boil, add the pasta still frozen and cook for 3/4 minutes once the water returns to the boil; drain and dress to taste
- Storage: at -18 °C for 18 months; in the fridge (0/4 °C) 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: contains gluten (spelt, wheat); may contain SOYA, EGG, MILK, MOLLUSCS
