Spaghetti alla chitarra (tonnarelli), frozen fresh egg pasta, bronze-drawn and produced by Canuti Tradizione Italiana in Rimini. With its characteristic square section, it is ideal as a first course in Italian dining.

- Main ingredients: soft wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, free-range eggs 19.4%, water
- Dimensions: width 2.5 mm, thickness 2.0 mm, nest of approx. 50 g
- Cooking: bring salted water to the boil, add the pasta still frozen and cook for 4/5 minutes once boiling resumes; drain and season
- Storage: at -18°C for 18 months; in the fridge (0/4°C) 24 hours; once thawed do not refreeze
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs. May contain soy, milk, molluscs
- Origin: made in Italy (Rimini)
Pairs well with robust sauces that the rough bronze-drawn surface holds beautifully: meat ragù, cacio e pepe, guanciale or seafood sauces. Traditionally served as a first course in central Italian cuisine, it works well for à la carte service and trattoria menus.
