Plain maxi croissant in leavened pastry, supplied raw and frozen, covered with granulated sugar and made with Italian flour from Emilian grains, eggs and butter. Free from hydrogenated fats and made with natural yeast, ideal for breakfast buffets in hotels and coffee shops.

- Main ingredients: WHEAT flour, margarine (vegetable fats), pasteurised EGGS, BUTTER, whole MILK powder, sourdough starter, yeast, sunflower oil, sugar
- Cooking: bake in a preheated oven at 165-170°C for about 23-25 minutes
- Storage: store at a temperature not higher than -18°C; do not refreeze after thawing and use within 24 hours. Shelf-life 300 days from production
