Frozen couscous with mixed vegetables from the OROGEL Food Service range, made in Italy. Partially cooked durum wheat semolina couscous combined with a blend of vegetables, ready to regenerate for a quick side dish or one-plate meal in Ho.Re.Ca. service.

- Main ingredients: partially cooked couscous 50% (water, durum wheat semolina), vegetables in variable proportion: green beans, carrots, red kidney beans, semi-dried red onion, grilled peppers, peas, cauliflower, semi-dried cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, grilled courgettes
- Cooking: fan oven at 150°C with 200 g water and 50 g oil for 9/10 minutes, or in a pan with 200 g water and 50 g oil for 7 minutes (referred to 1 kg of product, to be consumed after cooking)
