Aged lonzardo made from pure Italian pork, in the mild version, supplied as a half cut vacuum-packed. A counter charcuterie product aged for a minimum of 120 days, intended for slicing and gastronomic preparations in professional catering.

Pairs well with rustic bread, focaccia and aged cheeses, and works well on a sharing platter alongside cured meats, vegetables in oil and mostarda. Thinly sliced, it suits an Italian-style antipasto or gourmet sandwiches; traditionally served with a glass of full-bodied red wine.
