Torta della Nonna shortcrust pastry tart with a custard cream heart, topped with toasted flaked almonds, pine nuts and icing sugar. A frozen dessert, already portioned into 14 slices and ready to defrost for table and buffet service.

- Main ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, margarine, pasteurised egg yolk, concentrated butter, whole eggs, skimmed milk powder, almonds, pine nuts (1%), icing sugar
- Use: defrost the product for 4 to 5 hours at 0/+4°C
- Storage: keep below -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze, store in the fridge at 0/+4°C and consume within 48 hours
