Leavened batter fritters with grilled courgettes and prawns, frozen and pre-fried at source in sunflower oil. Ready to finish in the oven, they are designed as finger food for aperitifs, buffets and seafood starters in hospitality settings.
- Format: 2 packs of 1.5 kg per case, about 100 pieces of 15 g each

- Main ingredients: wheat flour 47.4%, grilled courgettes 9.5%, shelled Indian prawns 4.0%, crab-flavoured surimi, extra virgin olive oil, brewer's yeast, seaweed, onion, parsley
- Cooking: in a conventional oven at 200-210°C for 5-6 minutes; or partly defrost and cook at 200-210°C for 3-4 minutes, separately from other products
- Storage: 15 months at -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze, keep refrigerated at +4°C and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten (wheat), crustaceans, eggs, fish, soya, sulphites; may contain milk and celery
