A frozen rice, fish and vegetable preparation inspired by the tradition of paella. It combines cooked rice, cod fillets, Atlantic mussels and Indo-Pacific prawns or shrimp with vegetables (19%), ready to heat for fast service in the kitchen.

- Main ingredients: cooked rice (56%), peas, cod fillets (7%), red peppers, shelled Atlantic mussels (4%), Indo-Pacific prawn and/or shrimp (4%), tomatoes, onions, butter, crustacean broth and spices (paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper)
- Cooking: in a pan with 2 tbsp of oil, high heat for 7 minutes then medium for 3-4 minutes, stirring; alternatively in the microwave at 600 W for 8 + 8 minutes
- Storage: at -18°C
