Round Mediterranean focaccia, an artisan bakery product made entirely by hand and frozen after baking. Unfilled and ready to eat after regeneration, it is designed for warm bread service, buffets and antipasti across hospitality.

- Main ingredients: type 00 soft wheat flour, re-milled durum wheat semolina, water, potato flakes, milk, sunflower seed oil, salt, brewer's yeast, malted wheat flour
- Cooking: thaw for about 20-30 minutes and heat in the oven at 200°C for 7 minutes
- Storage: keep at no higher than -18°C; once thawed, store at +4°C and consume within 48 hours
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), milk; may contain eggs, cashew nuts, celery, mustard, soya, fish
