Blue-veined cheese with a semi-hard paste, made from pasteurised milk and cultures of the Penicillium roqueforti species. The rind is rough with mould veining, while the paste is compact, white with blue streaks, and has a sharp, savoury flavour. Ideal for cheeseboards, cheese platters and cooking applications across Ho.Re.Ca. venues.

Pairs well with rustic bread, honey and nuts, or with full-bodied red wines and sweet dessert wines. Perfect on a mixed cheeseboard to close a meal, but also great for enriching risottos, creamy sauces for meat and fresh pasta fillings. Serve at room temperature to bring out its sharp character.
