Round Mediterranean focaccia, an unfilled oven-baked product, entirely handmade using an artisan method and frozen after baking. Around 15 cm in diameter and 150 g in weight, it suits buffets, starters and table service across hospitality.

- Main ingredients: soft wheat flour 00, re-milled durum wheat semolina, water, potato flakes, milk, sunflower seed oil, salt, brewer's yeast, malted wheat flour
- Cooking: defrost for about 20-30 minutes and heat in the oven at 200°C for 7 minutes
- Storage: keep at a temperature no higher than -18°C; once defrosted, store at +4°C and consume within 48 hours
- Allergens: contains wheat (gluten) and milk; may contain eggs, cashews, celery, mustard, soya, fish
