Mignon potato croquettes pre-fried at source in sunflower oil, with a filling of mozzarella, cooked ham, pecorino and Grana Padano D.O.P. Each piece is approximately 25 g, designed as a quick, hot finger food for hospitality service.

- Main ingredients: potato flakes 17.4%, wheat flour breadcrumbs, cow's milk mozzarella 7.7%, cooked ham 1.74%, pecorino, Grana Padano D.O.P, sunflower oil
- Cooking: oven at 200-210°C for 5-6 minutes; deep-fryer at 180°C for 2-3 minutes; microwave at medium power for 3-4 minutes, always from frozen
- Storage: 18 months at -18°C; cook before eating, do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), milk, egg; may contain celery, fish, soy and crustaceans

Ideal as a hot starter, aperitivo nibble or part of a mixed fried platter. Pairs well with dipping sauces and should be served just cooked while still soft inside, in portions of 4-5 pieces per guest for buffets and banqueting.
