Medium-sized potato croquettes weighing approximately 65 g each, made from potato flakes and filled with mozzarella, cooked ham and cheeses. Frozen at source and ready to fry, they are ideal as finger food, a starter or a savoury bite in hospitality and Italian street food.
- Format: case of 2 packs of 2.5 kg, around 38 pieces per pack, single piece approximately 65 g
- Sold as: sold by the case
- Main ingredients: potato flakes 17.5%, cow's milk mozzarella 7.7%, cooked ham 1.7%, breadcrumbs, batter, pecorino and Grana Padano D.O.P.
- Cooking: defrost and deep-fry in plenty of hot oil at 170/180°C for about 5 minutes
- Storage: 18 months at –18°C; once defrosted do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: gluten (WHEAT), MILK, EGG (lysozyme); may contain celery, fish, soya and crustaceans
