Extra-size potato croquettes, about 130 g each, filled with mozzarella: a frozen gastronomic preparation based on potato flakes, cooked ham and mozzarella, ready to fry. Ideal as finger food, a starter or a fried snack across Ho.Re.Ca. venues.

- Main ingredients: potato flakes 17.5%, breadcrumbs, batter, cow's milk mozzarella 7.7%, cooked ham 1.7%, pecorino, Grana Padano D.O.P., parsley, pepper
- Cooking: defrost and deep-fry in plenty of hot oil at 170/180°C for about 5 minutes
- Storage: 18 months at -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze, keep refrigerated at +4°C and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk, eggs; may contain celery, fish, soy and crustaceans
