Extra-size potato croquettes of around 130 g, pre-fried in sunflower oil and frozen. Made with potato flakes, mozzarella, cooked ham, Grana Padano D.O.P. and pecorino, they are ideal for fry shops, delis and fast service in Italian hospitality.

- Main ingredients: water, potato flakes 17.4%, breadcrumbs (wheat flour), cow's milk mozzarella 7.7%, cooked ham 1.74%, pecorino, Grana Padano D.O.P., sunflower oil
- Cooking: conventional oven at 200-210°C for 10-12 minutes from frozen; microwave at medium power for 5-6 minutes
- Storage: 18 months at -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze, keep at +4°C and consume within 24 hours
