Classic ready-to-bake frozen cornetto, a light sweet pastry with an elongated shape and the typical aroma of raw brioche. The filling, accounting for 40% of the product, combines custard and chocolate and is finished in the oven for a fragrant, flaky result.
- Format: pack of 50 pieces in a food bag inside an outer box; single weight 120 g

- Main ingredients: type 00 wheat flour, butter and vegetable fats; custard filling (milk, sugar, egg yolk, butter) and hazelnut filling with 8% hazelnuts and cocoa
- Cooking: defrost in the fridge for at least 90 minutes, preheat the oven to 200°C, brush with beaten egg and bake for about 18-20 minutes
- Storage: 8 months at -18°C
