Sweet raw bakery cornetto filled with apricot jam, pale in colour with an elongated shape and the typical aroma of raw brioche. Frozen raw, it is baked to order to deliver a consistently fresh breakfast offering in hotels, coffee shops and pastry shops.

- Main ingredients: GRANO 00 wheat flour, vegetable fats and oils (palm, coconut, sunflower), water, anhydrous BUTTER, yeast; apricot filling with glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose and apricot purée
- Cooking: thaw in the fridge for at least 90 minutes, preheat the oven to 200°C, brush with beaten egg and bake for about 18-20 minutes
- Storage: 8 months at -18°C
