Medium-sized Sicilian arancino filled with beef ragù, peas and mozzarella, breaded and frozen raw, ready to fry. A gastronomy speciality, ideal as street food, finger food or a hot starter in hospitality service.
- Format: case of 2 packs of 2.5 kg, around 38 pieces per pack; single piece approximately 65 g
- Sold as: sold by the case
- Main ingredients: rice 49%, beef ragù 17.3%, béchamel, mozzarella 2.9%, provolone, Grana Padano D.O.P., peas 1.4%, pecorino, breadcrumb coating and batter
- Cooking: defrost and deep-fry in plenty of hot oil at 180/190°C for 6-7 minutes, turning continuously
- Storage: 18 months at -18°C; once defrosted, do not refreeze
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), egg, milk, celery. May contain fish, sulphites, soy, crustaceans
