Ribs cut from the fleshy bones at the centre of the thorax of Iberian pork, frozen to preserve their organoleptic characteristics. Produced by Almacenes Garimori in Guijuelo (Salamanca, Spain), they are designed for grilling, oven roasting and slow braising in professional kitchens.

- Cooking: defrost in refrigeration between 0°C and 4°C for 24 to 48 hours; once the bag is opened, allow to air for at least 2 hours in refrigeration before cooking
