Frozen, pre-fried rice arancini with the classic rounded shape, filled with tomato pulp, cooked ham, mozzarella and grated cheese. A ready-to-use gastronomic speciality, ideal as finger food and a starter across Ho.Re.Ca. service.
- Format: 2.5 kg PET bag (about 14 pieces of 200 g); 5 kg case with 2 bags, around 24 pieces
- Sold as: sold by the case
- Main ingredients: rice, water, breadcrumbs, tomato pulp, mozzarella (milk, rennet, salt), grated cheese, cooked ham, butter, sunflower seed oil, onion, stock, salt
- Cooking: cook from frozen without defrosting, in a fan oven at 150°C for 10 minutes or in a microwave at 600 W for 2 minutes
- Storage: -18°C; best before 12 months. Once defrosted do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: contains milk and milk products, cereals containing gluten. May contain traces of egg, nuts, celery
