Rice ball stuffed with pecorino romano DOP cheese and black pepper, coated in a crispy breading and pre-fried in sunflower oil. A ready-to-cook frozen speciality, ideal as finger food, a starter or an aperitivo bite in Italian hospitality.

- Main ingredients: rice and water 69% (rice origin: Italy), UHT cream, pecorino romano DOP 8%, breading preparation (wheat flour), butter, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper 0.23%
- Cooking: deep fry in pan or fryer at 175°C for about 10 minutes, turning regularly; fan oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving
- Storage: keep at -18°C until best before date; to be eaten cooked
- Allergens: contains MILK and GLUTEN. May contain traces of fish, celery, egg, sulphites, soy, mustard
