Rustic multiseed country loaf made with sourdough, supplied frozen and pre-cooked to be finished in the oven at service. The dough is based on a blend of flours with linseed and millet, ideal for table service in restaurants and for the hotel breakfast buffet.
- Format: 6 pieces of 1,100 g each (about 41 cm long)

- Main ingredients: blend of flours (wheat), water, sourdough (wheat) 7%, dark linseed 5%, millet 5%, rye flour 1%, salt, yeast, toasted malt flour (barley)
- Cooking: preheat the oven to 240°C, bake for 19-21 minutes at 210°C, then leave to cool for 60 minutes
- Storage: keep at -18°C; do not refreeze after thawing
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley). May contain oats, nuts (hazelnuts) and sesame

Ideal for serving with starters, charcuterie and cheese boards, soups and meat dishes. It works well in the restaurant bread basket and on the hotel breakfast buffet, and is excellent sliced for bruschetta and gourmet sandwiches.
