Ready-to-use sauce based on 'nduja, a typical Calabrian speciality, and 100% Italian tomato pulp. With a spicy flavour and good spreadability, it is designed to dress pasta and top pizzas in professional kitchens.

- Main ingredients: tomato pulp, 'nduja 20% (pork fat and meat, chilli pepper, salt), rehydrated dried tomatoes 5%, onion, sunflower oil, white wine, triple tomato concentrate
- Storage: 36 months in a cool, dry place; once opened keep refrigerated and use within 2-3 days
- Allergens: may contain traces of milk and derivatives, celery and nuts; contains alcohol (white wine); suitable for coeliacs
