Coarse Hawaiian sea salt with black crystals of 1-2 mm, whose colour comes from activated charcoal naturally present in the salt and not added. A finishing salt ideal for enhancing grilled meats and fish dishes on Ho.Re.Ca. menus.

Suggested as a finishing flake salt: scattered raw over grilled meats, beef cuts or rib steaks just before serving. It pairs well with fish dishes such as seared salmon, crudo and caviar, where the slightly smoky note and the crunch of the crystals add character. It also works on roasted vegetables and eggs, ideal for fine dining presentations.
