Frozen pearled spelt by OROGEL Food Service, already cooked and ready to regenerate. Whole, individual grains with a tender, non-fibrous texture, ideal for first courses, grain salads and side dishes in professional catering.

- Cooking: fan oven at 150 °C for 8 minutes; steam oven at 98 °C for 4 minutes; in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and a lid for 7 minutes over moderate heat. To be consumed after cooking
