Orogel frozen artichoke wedges, from the Gran Menù - I Vegetali range, made from Italian-grown artichokes following integrated production principles. Well-trimmed wedges with a firm, non-fibrous texture, ready to cook for side dishes and vegetable preparations in professional kitchens.

- Cooking (per 1 kg of product): steam oven at 98°C for 6 minutes; non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and 7 tablespoons of water, covered, 14 minutes over moderate heat; pot of boiling salted water, 5 minutes. To be consumed after cooking.
