A cream made with Formaggio di Fossa di Sogliano DOP (31%), with an intense, pronounced flavour from maturing in pit (fossa) cellars, which gives aromas of truffle and moss. Creamy and spreadable in texture, ideal for preparing classic fondues and for dressing first courses in professional kitchens.

Ideal as a dressing for risotto, polenta and filled pasta, or for preparing classic fondues. Works well for filling crostini, pizzas, regional bruschetta, savoury tarts and quiches. Also suggested warmed and spooned over a plate of fresh pasta.
