Frozen potato gnocchi produced by Canuti Tradizione Italiana, made with 77% potato puree plus wheat, corn and rice flour. A ready-to-cook frozen gastronomic speciality, ideal as a first course in Ho.Re.Ca. service.

- Main ingredients: potato puree 77% (water, potato flakes, potato starch), wheat flour, corn flour, rice flour, iodised salt
- Cooking: pour the gnocchi while still frozen into boiling salted water (1 litre per 100 g), cook for 1-2 minutes and drain as soon as they rise to the surface
- Storage: at -18 °C for 18 months; once thawed do not refreeze
- Allergens: contains gluten (wheat); may contain soy
- Origin: Canuti Tradizione Italiana, Rimini, Italy
They pair well with simple sauces such as tomato and basil, butter and sage or ragù, and take well to richer cheese-based dressings. Ideal as a traditional Italian first course, they also work baked and gratinated for buffets and banqueting.
