Tipo Praga cooked ham by Salumificio Bombieri, made from a whole selected pork leg that is salted, flavoured, churned, shaped, cooked, rapidly cooled and smoked. With its typical rose colour and a sweet, pleasantly smoked flavour, it is free from gluten and milk derivatives.
