Adige cooked ham, produced by Salumificio Bombieri in Buttapietra (VR). The entire pork leg is selected, salted, flavoured, churned, shaped, cooked and rapidly cooled. Free from milk derivatives, added polyphosphates and gluten, it is ideal for the deli counter and slicing in professional catering.
