Cooked ham made from a whole pork leg (71%) that is selected, salted, flavoured, churned, shaped, cooked and rapidly cooled. With the typical rose colour of cooked ham and a pleasantly sweet, juicy flavour, it is a versatile charcuterie product for restaurants and delis, with no milk derivatives and no gluten.
