Pasticciotto in the Salento tradition by Pasticceria Tiziano: a classic shortcrust pastry enclosing a creamy heart of custard and chocolate cream. A typical dessert of Lecce and the Salento, ideal as a breakfast item or dessert across Ho.Re.Ca. service.
- Format: pack of 15 pieces of 130 g
- Sold as: sold by the box
- Main ingredients: type 00 flour, sugar, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, maize and rice starch, cocoa powder 4%, raising agents, vanillin
- Cooking: take the product straight from the freezer and bake in a preheated oven, without baking paper, at 220°C for 12/15 minutes
- Storage: at -18°C, shelf life 13 months; after baking keep at 4°C for a maximum of 48 hours
- Allergens: gluten (type 00 flour), eggs, milk, butter. May contain nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soya and sesame
