Large-format pasticciotto, a traditional pastry from Lecce and the Salento region made of shortcrust pastry enclosing a heart of crema pasticcera (confectioner's custard). Frozen and made to the original recipe of Pasticceria Tiziano, ready to bake and serve warm.

- Main ingredients: type 00 flour, sugar, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, maize and rice starch, vanillin, lemon flavouring
- Cooking: straight from the freezer into a pre-heated oven, without baking paper, at 220°C for 12/15 minutes
- Storage: at -18°C, shelf life 13 months; once baked, keep at 4°C for a maximum of 48 hours
- Allergens: type 00 flour, eggs, milk, butter; may contain nuts, soya and sesame
