Coconut pasticciotto from the Salento tradition, made by the Tiziano pastry workshop in Calimera (Lecce) following the original recipe of the famous dessert of Lecce. The classic shortcrust pastry encloses a creamy heart enriched with the delicate, exotic flavour of coconut. Frozen, ready to bake for Ho.Re.Ca. service.

- Main ingredients: 00 flour, sugar, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, maize and rice starch, coconut cream 3%, raising agents, vanillin
- Cooking: straight from the freezer into a pre-heated oven at 220°C for 12/15 minutes, without baking paper
- Storage: -18°C, 13 months; after baking keep at 4°C for a maximum of 48 hours
